Halo, conservative? The entire overreaching narrative in the game's campaign is a critique on post 9/11 USA.
They literally and unironically quote liberty prime from fallout and think he's a cool tough American badass.
Here's a couple lines that didn't trip their trigger that maybe what theybwere consuming wasn't earnest.
"Democracy is non negotiable"
"American casualties: unacceptable. Overkill protocols authorized."
"Death is a preferable alternative to communism."
