There's a full video, it doesn't look like an issue to me. She was clearly trying to resist getting moved to the vehicle, and they brought her over there by force. The police say she punched one of them inside the house, which is why they tried to arrest her. There are probably witnesses to that one way or another and it will all get sorted out.
