So they were arresting her and she refused to come with then, so they dragged her. I fall to see the brutality.

It appears they could have easily picked her up (they're 2 officers, she's a small 16yo girl) but they didn't even try and instead chose to just drag her.

She was thrashing around. Carrying her could easily have resulted in injuries to her or to them.

Picking them up is generally considered even worse than dragging.
