Apropos Paris: Das dortige "Parkpickerl" (45 Euro / Jahr) erlaubt es Anrainern, um 1,50 Euro pro Tag nahe der Wohnung zu parken. Aber höchsten sieben Tage auf dem gleichen Platz. Das ist mit Absicht unbequem – und wirkt.

Das ist genial! Wenn du dein Auto nicht einmal in der Woche brauchst, dann brauchst du es nicht. Genial!
