Brownout. Can damage stuff so best to unplug things if it’s still happening.

If my neighbours aren't experiencing what I am can it still be a brownout or some other problem?

Depends on how much juice you're using compared to them. Try shutting off the hungry beasts like fridges / freezers / aircon and see if it persists

I'll turn off the mains first and leave it for a bit in the hopes that it stablisies, I think I have most of my stuff off at the moment except the fridge and airfyer on standby.
