I seem to have misplaced my debit card. Searched high and low and can't find it at the place I'm housesitting, my own place, or the route I walked to the shops earlier today (the endpoint at which I realised I was sans card). Nobody's used it in the past 6 hours either.
Found out I could put a temporary lock on the card and I'll try looking again tomorrow. I really don't want to get a card replacement, so many things I'll need to change ๐ซค
Normally I would feel panicked or frustrated but I still feel numb (not necessarily comfortably).
I do have a mysterious craving for salmon and pizza that's come out of nowhere though. None of the pizza places here in Preston seem to do in house delivery :( not having a car sucks like that. Old Kodak it is. And just a marinara pizza with garlic bread.
Check your wallet - it might have been put into a slot that's already occupied by another card, only behind it not in front. I've done this more times than I can count.
It's definitely not in my wallet because the last place it was at was in a slot on my phone's flip cover. Stupid, stupid place to put it because it has fallen out from there before...
Further edit - try Plain Jane's Pizza in Miller St Preston - they will deliver.
Are you near High st? Takeaway Pizza is excellent (not sure if they deliver though)
I loooove their pizzas and would've gone for that but no delivery sadly. Not that I could see on their website. True to their name
