Oh also, McKinseny seems like the type of analytics brained company that just regularly lays off a certain percentage of its workforce. I'm willing to bet this warning occurs on regular intervals.

Apparently it has an "up or out" policy where if you go too long without getting promoted you're let go.

So does that mean the C suite gets replaced every few years? Doubt that, that's probably a rule just for the grunts.

Most likely, but I wouldn't mind if it was all the way to the top and the C suite kept assassinating each other to avoid getting the boot.

A relative of mine and colleagues received such a warning last year and were laid off some time before Christmas, so yeah
