That's already been happening to parts of Texas, Florida and other States, has it not. They've already proven that they've no wish as a Nation to help their own communities out of poverty. The downside of all this is that poor areas just get poorer, the middle classes and rich have a buffer to work with.
This. Fascism is colonial methods of control applied to the imperial core, and it works its way from the bottom rungs of society up.
