Can someone provide me a list of SovCits that I can attempt to purchase say their cars or TVs from, with similar Treasury account paperwork that I'm waiting for the USPS to send to them?

An interesting experiment would be to go on that group and claim someone paid you with one of those coupons for a car or something and ask how you cash it

Or rather see if anyone is willing to buy it from you for less than its value, say 20% off.
