Destiny didn't delete the tweet. He has like 10 tweets afterward where he's defending his statements that Israel isn't committing genocide. He uses many of the usual Zionist lines but also he says that when Israel is killing Palestinian civilians that they are simply doing war and that it doesn't count as genocide. Very heinous things to say.
Destiny is a debate-pervert. He says shocking things for attention so that people will argue with him. I want to say that it's best to just ignore him because what he wants is attention, but his recent rise in popularity in mainstream media tells me that ignoring him isn't working anymore. He recently did a collaboration with Ben Shapiro. Destiny knows that being a Zionist is growing his popularity in the mainstream.

Where has he been showing up?
In the screenshot of the OP, he's arguing with Medhi Hasan who is an established mainstream journalist for MSNBC. Destiny has mainstream journalists replying to him on twitter.
The other thing that comes to mind is that he was on Lex Fridman's podcast with Ben Shapiro. Lex Fridman is like techbro Joe Rogan. Ben Shapiro is one of the biggest media figures in right wing media
