The TV told them, "do not vote for Trump", and yet they did. There is no way around that simple fact.
The TV told them for 12 straight years “Trump is the best businessman in the country,” and yet he wasn’t. There is no way around that simple fact.
The TV has never told anyone to do anything, that’s not how advertising works. It’s heavily implied which is different and Trump is easily the most implied president in American history.
