Is it on the road map ? Like it would be really useful when an instance it going to shut down or an instace admin goes volatile , so we don't have to manage several accounts .

Update : it does have the feature well kinda you can only import setting and subscribtion no saved posts or anything . To do this you have to go to the web page, sign in , setting , import . Hope this was helpfull.

There is an app called Handshake which helps you sync your community subscriptions between different instances. Check it out here https://github.com/gusVLZ/lemmy_handshake . It has worked for me in the past.
