Close, I was scooping the cat's tray!
Issue dealt with in less than 5 minutes, but the lady I spoke with was lovely, so that helped.

It did actually happen once, albeit at the end of the wee, thank God.
I flushed later.
I have more than one colleague who will speak on the phone while on the can at work.
Whenever I hear it happen, I always make sure to flush in the stall next to them mid-call to make it clear where they are to the other party :D
wasted opportunity for a power move, honestly
