Every time its a 5 minute borderline painless task that my brain has built up to be the equivalent of deciding which finger Id prefer to lose.

Was it conscious or did it just happen? There has been times I've been putting off something for months, and someday find myself in the middle of doing it simply because I didn't put any thought into doing it.
