You could say that. With regards to Israel, it is to do with the fact that they believe that all Jews need to live in Israel for Jesus Christ's second coming to take place, where they will also convert to Christianity or die, depending on the interpretation of the Bible these end times preachers use. So they support Israel to an extreme extent. To go against Israel is to go against God in their views. An anti-Semitic Zionism to bring about the second coming of Jesus, based off of radical interpretations of Revelations, Ezekiel, and other books in the Bible.

The Ugandan judge in question went to private missionary boarding schools for her education, and associated with the evangelical movement there.
