I thought he quit shortly after Super Tuesday, since he wasn't on the ballot in any of the early states, and I think he only got the most votes on American Samoa, or some other small colonial outpost. Might have been Guam actually.

Probably. But Meatball also actually tried his hardest to win, whereas Bloomberg was a billionaire who did it for a vanity project.
