I hear you, I just don't think Biden being the messenger on the issue is a tactically astute choice.

I sincerely don't understand you. Biden and the dem machine keeps saying this is the most important election of our lifetime and democracy itself is on the line. Even before the Gaza war the eventual Biden/Trump election was likely to be very close. And now the war (and Israel) are wildcards that make things even worse for Biden. The war would expand at any time and continue all the way to election day. Biden might have already lost Michigan due to his huge losses in the local Arab vote.

Yet Biden is effectively saying "In this time of rising fascism with threats to democracy - I got a plan, jack. Raising taxes on the rich, Big Pharma stuff, and fees are more important than abortion which I'll only make vague statements about." How is that anything other than huge loser of a message? How does it drive turnout? How does it accomplish anything?
