I'm also an anime-only.
The first 2 episodes were a bit rough, but I'm hoping that the 3rd episode is more in line as to what the rest of the show is like:
Some creative re-thinking about some standard dungeon tropes, and how to eat them.
It's definitely not what I was expecting from a Studio Trigger show, so don't expect that.
Some shows the writing is just like that and it takes 3-5 episodes for the plot to really get going.
