I have #ADHD which means I have 2 modes:

Accomplish 3 hours of work in 30 minutes

Accomplish 30 minutes of work in 3 hours.

I do not control the modes! They seem to be randomly assigned!

For me it’s: work 15 hours straight with no ability to stop or change focus, or not work for 1 month straight.
