The UFC Apex has hosted 91 events so far in a span of 4 years since it was built. After the 30th event, most states and countries allowed events to be held. (i.redd.it)

The Apex allows the UFC to continue putting on watered down cards. Why would they stop? I would argue that there's reputational damage putting on lazy events with a cage that is smaller than the regular cage. The UFC are able to cut costs dramatically while developing talent that paying audiences wouldn't necessarily want to buy a ticket to see if they were on the road trying to fill a stadium.
