And i don't even mean private businesses, there the nepotism is a virtue since it's well, private. I meant the state institutions where there are regulations and contests that are supposed to be against nepotism, but still fail every time. Thank you PM Buzek for your magnificent administration reform 🤮
I once seen a case in a local administration where a young guy was on a fucking half year internship for a janitor job and after that they still hired guy who was director's uncle or cousin.
