The UFC like to break into a new town and audience and then water down the product minimise expenses (lower quality cards - cough Toronto). It's just good business to negotiate a better product if you're paying a tidy sum to bring the UFC to town. A lot of cities seem to just accept the cards they're given or can't seem to leverage their position. I can't believe I'm siding with the Saudis.
