Context: On January 17th, 2024, strong winds and heavy snowfall in Southern and Eastern Norway caused Oslo International Airport to shut down, all trains to be canceled, all buses and most taxis to be canceled, and a very strong travel advisory for driving to be issued because people were just constantly driving off the road, lasting many hours. Very many people either could not get to work/school/etc or could not get home from work/school/etc.
