Stand-up meetings, where everyone is in fact sitting down and it goes for almost an hour, a very crappy way to start the week.

Also this annoying brown-noser type person at my work took it upon themselves to run the meeting and they called me out on screen and asked me how my weekend was. I said it was fine and asked how theirs was, their response to my lack of information was "wow it's like talking to a teenager". Fuck off. If I don't want to regail all of the staff about what I did on the weekend like you do, then that's my decision to make.

completely unacceptable. Go to HR and your manager on it. Claim to be offended (Because they wont give a shit otherwise). You're owed an apology and they need to learn they cant do it any more.
