How do NATO 'leftists' even exist?
It's nothing new or surprising. A lot of the "left" in the imperial core are really just dedicated to a more equitable distribution of wealth within the core and see the global south as a spooky asiatic horde threading the stability of the bourgeoisie democracy they benefit from living under.
Liberals. The exact same reasoning that led to most of the socdems to support "their" side during WW1. "Our state is bad, but hoo boy the countries it dislikes!"
Curious to hear how quiet guys like Zizek and Chompsky have become in the last three months.
They are white supremacists but they also want healthcare. When their healthcare is cut to pay for more bombs they will tell themselves that it is a necessary sacrifice to defend against the great non-western bogeyman.
They want that European Socialism that is only for the global north and contingent on the constant exploitation of the global south.
