Where's the best value Anime clothing merchandise stores in Tokyo?

Akihabara? Nakano Broadway? or some other place?

It'd be better if you specify the exact store as well because akihabara and nakano broadway are huge from what others have told me.

Also, I prefer minimalist design, it'd be better if the clothes don't scream "I am a weeb !!"

I don't think you will get an answer here. Maybe try on misskey or mastodon with japanese hashtags.

I would look for second hand clothing shop if you want something on a budget.
