Really was. Not only was he chill with late rent from a guy who probably sold weed to pay rent, he was also a genuine artist who wanted real feedback.

Also, the Dude was awesome enough to show up. It looks like the Dude lives in a small apartment-community and it also looks like he is the only one to show up for his landlords dance, even going so far as including his friends.

The Dude abides.
