There are a lot of words in this article that I'm not familiar with, it's hard for me to understand what actually happened. From what I can gather a group of teenagers or young men dug this tunnel for...reasons? I found another article that suggests there's some kind of conflict between two groups.
I'm not super familiar with the Jewish nomenclature either, but it seems to be happening in a ultra conservative Jewish neighbourhood, where some unmarried men decided to dig a tunnel from their building to the building where the unmarried women are housed. Someone please correct/expand on that, the article is not exactly easy to understand for people unfamiliar with the area and Jewish customs.
