TL;DR version Kim Iverson is an anti vaxxer libertarian type if I'm remembering correctly. Not a great source generally, but if she got Alan Dershowitz to admit to crimes on air, then that's cool. If you want the rest explained:

BJG Briahna Joy Grey is a leftist podcaster. Her former co-host Virgil Texas used to be on Chapo Trap House until he was accused of grooming a teen girl and dropped off the face of the earth..

Rising is a web news show that billed itself as nonpartisan by having both a liberal and a conservative host. It's owned by The Hill (right wing national US political reporting) that Kim Iverson used to be on.
