Disregard the modern American racist idiots usage of the anglo saxon term when evaluating this please

The Celts were many tribes stretching from Britain and Iberia all the way to Anatolia. Why are are comparing them to only two Germanic tribes? Do you only mean Celts like the Brittons and Gaels?
