Life for those in the US would probably be similar, but she's a bloodthirsty warmonger that wouldn't hesitate to rain bombs on those abroad. Her biggest criticism of Obama was that he was too soft on Assad, Putin and Xi.

Definitely not, but they wouldn't have gotten the Supreme Court justices in that they needed to overthrow RvW
