Commiepunk sicko-wistful I love the little details like the 3 arrows poster in the newstand. one for $, one for the republican party and one for the democrats. apparently the PUA is a democratic socialist state led by a coalition of the CPA and a socialist party. more art by Fan Wennan

I think it is the lore behind this this guy's art. Dude probably just looked up "communist party america" and just rolled with it.
