That article recommends eating a better diet. Sure. Seems a bit idealist. Here's some more actionable advice: everyone should take a multivitamin and magnesium glycinate. If you live somewhere that gets a winter take vitamin D too.

I'm speaking from experience here, I used to get sick every winter and my skin would get so dry it would crack and bleed. Take your vitamins.

thanks for reminding me, im so anemic, my old doctor kept trying to bully me into eating meat, and i always forget to take my vitamins.

Iron bisglycinate with vitamin C destroys anemia, but you should also see if there are any studies available for your ethnicity because all the standard reference ranges are from anti-cracker-aktion s

oh wow thats a good point thank you, honestly i just need to get my bloodwork done regularly, and ill check to make sure the vitamins are right!
