The crowd voting for him thinks the fascism is agreeable, the rapes are peak alpha behaviour, the Epstein relations are edgy and fun, the wanting to fuck his daughter is relatable, and the treason a product of necessity and honestly peak patriotism.
Body odour? Harder to do mental gymnastics with that one.

My assumption is it's due to the adult diapers, not body odour.
Could be both, though.
