Unrelated but I'm confused what the positive and negative percentages of the graph mean...
Otherwise, good example...
It's a measure of the poverty rate. When the graphic appeared on screen - I though it must be a mistake. The rate went down more than 40% in less than a year? Impossible! I don't know when the bill was passed. March, 2021?
That's what I thought as well...
