Anatomy time!
The slight curve of her tummy is a protective layer of healthy fats meant to protect the uterus. Women who don't have this either lack a uterus or are just underweight. She is a healthy weight and the g*mer is just too used to Photoshop to know better
Except its not even that, it's that she looks shiny. Shine will make anything look bigger.
