Some people on the internet don't like it when you pick on there sense of nostalgia. They like to pretend there life use to be better as an escape because they can't accept that things have anyways been shitty.
Idk. My dad was able to raise 4 kids and buy a decent sized 2 story house on one income in the 90's.
I can't do any of that even with two incomes.
