For trying to pay their bill while being earthquake search and rescue crew. Owner refused to accept their money as they just came in for dinner between rescuing people trapped/injured by the recent earthquake. One rescuer is seen throwing a cash behind the counter and fleeing the premises, in a weird reverse dine and dash.

Dumb Chinese don't know how to run a business, no wonder why their economy is going to collapse in 2-14 days, I'm told.
