It really is one of the finest things committed to digital celluloid substitute. Rubber Johnny is an exceptional bit of work too

Both were done by Chris Cunningham. He did a lot of work with Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Björk, etc. Highly suggest checking out some of his other work.

Yeah, back in the dark ages I watched his videos, along with Michel Gondry’s, pretty religiously. They both had a really visionary approach to film making

The Director series DVDs are still one of my prized possessions. Cunningham, Michel Ghondry, Spike Jones, I miss the heyday of great videos (toss in the Brevia Colors and Honda Cogs ads of the same time period).
