An easy pick for me but it captures the last decade so well. Lincoln looking at the noose/halo is what sends this one over from being just a funny picture into being genuine art. It should be in a gallery. It should be in the entryway to the White House.

This is the exact moment I pinpoint as the start of the left growing in America.

This wasn't even a left, these Occupy people sucked at the time. But these liberals of yesterday were radicalised by shit like this. The left that's growing in america was forged through these incredibly obvious conflicts.

To me this is the experience that started the shift in american politics. And it so clearly lines up with class war.
