Thanks for the link! Really interesting that the vast majority is rwuandan descent, while the remaining 4 were Nazis or colloborateurs. Any idea why there are so many rwuandans?
I don't know, but if I had to guess, it'd be that the Rwandan genocide was comparatively much more recent than most, so there's more opportunity for us to learn about the specific people involved than some historical incidents where that kind of specific evidence might have been forgotten. It could also be that whoever was putting that list together was more knowledgeable about what happened in that country than they are of other events.
