can they point to concrete examples of this kind of threat?

so far AI doesn't seem to have demonstrated any kind of inclination of that sort in my view

Hopefully we have plenty of AI controlled EMPs to protect us by that point!

Actually, that may work, they'll see each other has a threat rather than us...
