I don't find it the least bit evil that a fraudulent religious org would buy thousands of acres of land while regular people are unable to own homes during a housing crisis. That's what fraudulent religious orgs are for. That's why I'm starting one today.

It doesn't need to be a religious org though. You could start some sort of renter's union who would buy terrains. I bet it exists already and started as a good thing and turned evil somehow. Does that exist?
