I can't believe I didn't see this at the time. This is amazing...feels like performance art
edit: also I'm pretty sure the only game I've heard of out of all of these is Harmony of Despair, which I actually owned and had a decent amount of fun with (absolute banger OST too). I don't remember much about it except that you could zoom out and see the entire level at once; I think it was basically like the engine/art style of the newer Symphony of the Night style games but with the linear design of a classic Castlevania game.
