goddammit, like why couldn't they leave it a bit open instead of showing who wins in the damn trailer? the real reveal is of course what kind of insane political revolution could possibly result in Texas and California teaming up, lmao
This has the same energy as The Battle of Bull Run, which the Union did win in the end. The premise is that you've got a reporter rushing to the scene of a climactic final fight, not that the war is about to be over.
