Yeah videos doesn't work on Voyager, unfortunately.
other videos work fine though
They can be WEBM. The videos I upload are MP4. Can you confirm this @aeharding@lemmy.world?
Your codec/video container is malformed/ unsupported in iOS, it’s not just Voyager.
Interesting 🤔 I've cropped and removed audio with iMovie. Do you have more detailed information? So I can avoid it next time.
I don’t- but if you try to view the video in safari with Lemmy-ui) it also doesn’t work.
You could try running through Handbrake with web mode enabled.
