The reason is because even things that are made up can hold a lot of importance to some people, especially when it's how they view themselves and it is important to respect people's wishes.
Edit: Person is obviously a troll from their history and this very likely was made with the intention of bigotry towards Trans and NonBinary people.
Yes that's called enbyphobia, it is a type of transphobia, hatred or invalidation of a person's identity which is Bigotry. Being a bigot is determined by behavior, not that you don't consider yourself one.
Congratulations you just made an idiot of yourself again, as I am an Intersex with XXY and have the karyotype test proving it. I'm also not ashamed of it either.
