american buses are so sexy. here in london we're stuck with TFLs lame bus designs
The Brits had this brilliant idea to put a second deck on their buses, so they aren't completely slammed all the time. American buses feel like they're designed to take up the most space while fitting the fewest people.
American buses cheap out on suspension, and so they ride like absolute shit.

Interiors and seats are very important on public transit. Comfortable transit vehicles that are easy to navigate on busy routes are a must.
