Honestly reads to me like they were trying for a "poetic" headline but fell flat on their faces. Something like "Four fragile lives cut short in Gaza Hospital"
Giving them a lot of credit there
Any editor worth their salt would have had this changed
This is so absurd that it can be a subtle satire.
Funny how they never do that for Israeli deaths.
it might be in-between, where they were given constraints on the title and tried to make something poetic within those constraints
