Say what you want about Ryan Poles, but this could be the best situation a No.1 draft quarterback has come into in a while. Roster looks like an up and coming one

I think the top quarterbacks in this draft has to look at the bears roster and say send me there

That's quite possible as long as the QB prospect looks at the roster and not the coaching staff.
